Actively involved in the financial services industry for over 25 years, Mr. Vetrano founded Fountainhead Financial LLC in 2003. Prior to Fountainhead, he was Principal & Chief Compliance Officer with Clune & Associates. Dominick holds a BA in Finance and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP); a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU); a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC/CFC); a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU); a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); and is licensed Life, Accident and Health Producer in the states of Illinois and New York. Dominick is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the CFA Society of Chicago. He grew up in New Jersey and Maryland and currently lives in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago.
KEVIN WOZNIAK, CFP®

Mr. Wozniak joined Fountainhead Financial in 2009. Before joining Fountainhead, he held the roles of Operations Manager and Financial Planner with Clune & Associates. He is a Certified Financial Planner professional and has been actively involved in the investment management and financial planning business since 2006. He holds a B.Sc. of Commerce with concentration in Finance from DePaul University. He received his M.Sc. in Global Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and the HKUST Business School.
SHELLEY FRANK
Operations Manager
Ms. Frank joined Fountainhead Financial in 2015. Before joining Fountainhead, she worked as a Client Specialist with Thomson Reuters and has been actively involved in the financial industry for over 20 years. She attended the University of Missouri - Columbia. Ms. Frank is from Kansas City, MO and currently resides in the Irving Park neighborhood of Chicago with her husband.
